Fisch to Seahawks?

Apparently the brilliance that was the Gopher offense this year has led to Jed Fisch joining Pete Carroll's staff in Seattle as his QB Coach.

"Jeremy Bates is expected to be the coordinator, Jedd Fisch of Minnesota likely to coach quarterbacks and Alex Gibbs will coach the offensive line and serve as associate head coach."

Can't say I'll miss him particularly, BUT the coordinator position doors continue to spin for our Beloved Maroon-N-Gold.

Wonder who Brew will chase now to be the OC?

Too bad Mike Leach wouldn't take an OC job...

...or would he?

3rd O-coordinator in 4 years. Sheesh. Not good.

Its amazing that Adam Weber is the schools all-time leading passer given that fact.

Or could we get Denny Green back into football? Neither he nor Leach probably have any interest in having a position that is less than head coach, but it can't hurt to ask. What's Wayne Fontes doing these days? A little 'Run 'n Shoot/Silver Stretch' might be just what the doctor ordered...

Ok, ok I'll come up with some more realistic candidates later this weekend.
